Candidate Registration Pack

The Registration Pack consists of a series of documents from Echosign that we need you to complete to start the registration process with MedicsPro.

In addition we need the following from you:

1. Passport and Visa (if applicable)
2. Qualification Certificate
3. Original GMC Certificate
4. Most recent mandatory training certificate for
5. These should have been undertaken within the last 12 months.
6. Relevant Life Support training
7. GMC annual retention letter
8. 2 proofs of address
9. Most recent CRB disclosure
10. Passport style photo
11. Interview
12. Immunity documentation
13. If your role involves Exposure Prone Procedures, negative blood reports that are identity validated for Hep B surface antigen, HIV and Hep C
