The NQT Support: 
As an NQT Maths Teacher you will work with a dedicated subject mentor who has extensive experience in supporting candidates who are either NQT, Teach 1st or schools direct Trainee Teachers. Our NQT induction program is one of the very best and will be specifically tailored around you as an NQT Maths Teacher/ Newly Qualified Maths Teacher to ensure you receive the support you need to develop;

* CPD Wednesday
* 1:1 meetings every two weeks
* Leverage leadership coach – confidential sessions with genuine coaching around aspects of your practice and to provide tailored support

The Maths department is stable and friendly, led by a welcoming HOD and Deputy HOD. Alongside them also, are 3 Lead Practitioners and 3 Coordinators providing excellent support and mentoring to the 10 teachers of Maths. With essentially 8 supportive leaders in the department you can be rest assured that you will have a strong, supportive back bone throughout your induction year as an NQT Maths Teacher/ Newly Qualified Maths Teacher.
