Required for January 2019, an exciting opportunity exists for an exceptional candidate who is able to teach Religious, Philosophy and Ethics Studies throughout the school.
The successful candidate will join our outstanding and forward thinking Humanities Faculty.
For the right candidate additional responsibilities may be available.
Our School itself is a successful, oversubscribed Business and Enterprise Academy with keen and respectful learners. It was rated ‘Outstanding’ in all 5 categories by Ofsted in 2012.
The successful candidate will:
be able to teach up to and including A-Level
have a passion for teaching and learning
have excellent subject knowledge
be an effective team player and value every aspect of the life of the school
have effective interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire students
be an active learner, who constantly strives to improve, with the desire to progress.
Urban Learning actively recruit for Secondary schools and Academies across London and the home counties, we have a constant requirement for Religious Studies Teachers to teach across KS3/4 classes along with A Level teaching.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or (QTLS)
- Relevant classroom experience
- Sound Curriculum knowledge
