Description:
An outstanding Primary School in Islington are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a 7-year-old pupil with SEN needs in and out of class. The role is full time and will start in September.
The role will consist of supporting a lovely young boy who has a range of complex needs. He has a diagnosis of high functioning autism and ADHD, so understanding of these needs is essential. We are really looking for a person who is patient and understanding, willing to try new ideas but also consistent with their support and boundaries. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children who have special needs and disabilities, especially autism, and be confident about using strategies which reduce stress and lead to improved behaviour.
You will be joining a very supportive environment and a great team of people.

Requirements:
