Subject: Subject Leader for English
Location: Essex

Description:
Due to a recent promotion, we are seeking a full time Subject Leader for English on Teachers Main Scale or Upper Pay Scale plus TLR 1c £11,474 p.a. This is an excellent opportunity for either an existing middle leader with a proven record of improvement or a suitably qualified teacher with a clear vision that will lead to success and happiness for every learner.

We are at an exciting time in our development and are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner who believes that education has the power to transform the lives of young people and has the ability to inspire them to believe in themselves.
Urban Learning actively recruit for Secondary schools and Academies across London and the home counties, we have a constant requirement for Teachers of English studies to teach across KS3/4 classes along with A Level teaching.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or (QTLS)
- Relevant classroom experience
- Sound Curriculum knowledge
