- Due to a recent Framework win, Urban Learning are please to be supporting schools in Wales.
We are therefore working with a primary school in Denbighshire who are looking to appoint a part time Admin Assistant / Receptionist to cover a maternity contract from October
Job Title of the temporary position: Admin Assistant / Receptionist Pay Rate (per day / hour): £9.36 per hour Start Date: 04/11/2019 (Mid-to-late October handover would be preferable) Anticipated end date: Cover maternity November 2019 – July 2020 Working Pattern: 3 days
22.5 hours (7.5 hour per day)
08:00 – 16:00 (Unpaid 30 mins for lunch)(Start/finish times) Qualifications required: No formal qualifications Training or skills required: No formal training or skills required

The school would require to do a DBS risk assesment as any prospective worker would not have a DBS through the Local Authority.Brief overview of School’s expectations of the role (lesson planning, marking etc) General duties
